According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, New Mexico added 86,526 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among New Mexico counties, Otero added the highest number of jobs (42), followed by Valencia (20), and Hidalgo (5).
