According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Texas added 1,268,585 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Texas counties, Fort Bend added the highest number of jobs (1,419), followed by Brazos (148), and Nacogdoches (126).
