According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, New Jersey added the highest number of jobs to the local government professional and business services industry (271), followed by California (173), and South Carolina (106).

On the other hand, Hawaii added the least number of jobs (-427), followed by Louisiana (-150), and Utah (-126).
