According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the local government health care and social assistance industry (943), followed by Florida (176), and Idaho (98).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-253), followed by Indiana (-192), and North Carolina (-165).
