According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Mississippi added the highest number of jobs to the local government arts, entertainment, and recreation industry (1,211), followed by Florida (973), and Pennsylvania (172).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-315), followed by California (-255), and Massachusetts (-236).
