According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Louisiana added -3,990 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Louisiana counties, Lafourche added the highest number of jobs (488), followed by Terrebonne (287), and Caddo (185).
