According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2022, Louisiana added -2,514 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Louisiana counties, Lafayette added the highest number of jobs (116), followed by Lafourche (110), and Jefferson (43).
