According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Missouri added 414,212 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Missouri counties, Jackson added the highest number of jobs (2,577), followed by St. Louis (1,816), and Greene (1,479).
