According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2020, Louisiana added -1,070 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Louisiana counties, Bossier added the highest number of jobs (32), followed by Winn (30), and Plaquemines (22).
