According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2023, Maryland added 145 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Maryland counties, Montgomery added the highest number of jobs (34), followed by Worcester (33), and Baltimore (22).
