According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2022, Montana added 9,828 number of jobs to the private natural resources and mining industry. Among Montana counties, Sweet Grass added the highest number of jobs (77), followed by Silver Bow (31), and Lewis and Clark (16).
