According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2019, Illinois added 38,109 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Illinois counties, Cook added the highest number of jobs (22,932), followed by DuPage (4,996), and Lake (4,510).
