According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Maryland added 16,907 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Maryland counties, Anne Arundel added the highest number of jobs (3,595), followed by Montgomery (3,303), and Baltimore city (1,434).
