According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Maryland added 16,164 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Maryland counties, Anne Arundel added the highest number of jobs (2,432), followed by Howard (2,036), and Worcester (1,979).
