According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2019, Maryland added 18,375 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Maryland counties, Worcester added the highest number of jobs (3,292), followed by Baltimore city (2,986), and Montgomery (1,712).
