According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, Maryland added 38,411 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Maryland counties, Baltimore added the highest number of jobs (7,175), followed by Anne Arundel (4,000), and Montgomery (3,925).
