According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Missouri added -16,255 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Missouri counties, St. Louis city added the highest number of jobs (1,254), followed by Boone (716), and Nodaway (207).
