According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, Missouri added 30,641 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Missouri counties, St. Louis added the highest number of jobs (7,176), followed by Jackson (4,843), and St. Louis city (2,683).
