According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, New Jersey added -4,941 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among New Jersey counties, Middlesex added the highest number of jobs (1,909), followed by Bergen (587), and Mercer (553).
