According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, New Jersey added 2,867,578 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among New Jersey counties, Essex added the highest number of jobs (3,316), followed by Union (2,576), and Passaic (2,329).
