According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, Connecticut added 3,842 number of jobs to the private trade, transportation, and utilities industry. Among Connecticut counties, Hartford added the highest number of jobs (1,614), followed by New Haven (1,278), and Fairfield (430).
