According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Louisiana added -748 number of jobs to the private trade, transportation, and utilities industry. Among Louisiana counties, East Baton Rouge added the highest number of jobs (215), followed by Jefferson (206), and Calcasieu (183).
