According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2022, Louisiana added 337,633 number of jobs to the private trade, transportation, and utilities industry. Among Louisiana counties, St. James added the highest number of jobs (162), followed by Concordia (47), and St. Bernard (31).
