According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, Louisiana added 385 number of jobs to the private agriculture, forestry, fishing and hunting industry. Among Louisiana counties, Evangeline added the highest number of jobs (146), followed by Rapides (54), and Iberia (24).
