According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2022, Missouri added the highest number of jobs to the private poultry and egg production industry (58), followed by Texas (37), and Ohio (35).

On the other hand, Kentucky added the least number of jobs (-26), followed by Wisconsin (-11), and Oklahoma (-11).
