According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2023, Ohio added the highest number of jobs to the private poultry and egg production industry (74), followed by Iowa (68), and Minnesota (63).

On the other hand, Arkansas added the least number of jobs (-35), followed by Colorado (-18), and Oklahoma (-11).
