According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2023, Colorado added 224 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Colorado counties, Weld added the highest number of jobs (123), followed by Mesa (33), and Jefferson (16).
