According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, Michigan added 74 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Michigan counties, Grand Traverse added the highest number of jobs (11), followed by Berrien (10), and Oakland (6).
