According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2019, Texas added -3,449 number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry. Among Texas counties, Wheeler added the highest number of jobs (59), followed by Live Oak (51), and Panola (47).
