According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2022, Oklahoma added the highest number of jobs to the private mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industry (337), followed by Wyoming (181), and Pennsylvania (161).

On the other hand, Nevada added the least number of jobs (-364), followed by Alaska (-168), and Montana (-133).
