According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private food manufacturing industry (2,770), followed by New York (1,366), and Georgia (1,109).

On the other hand, Alaska added the least number of jobs (-4,344), followed by California (-2,961), and Nebraska (-242).
