According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Arkansas added the highest number of jobs to the private food manufacturing industry (517), followed by Washington (389), and Idaho (314).

On the other hand, Alaska added the least number of jobs (-3,915), followed by Wisconsin (-1,314), and North Carolina (-703).
