According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the private grain and oilseed milling industry (309), followed by Georgia (301), and Iowa (205).

On the other hand, Kansas added the least number of jobs (-571), followed by Oklahoma (-311), and North Carolina (-87).
