According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2023, Massachusetts added the highest number of jobs to the private leather and allied product manufacturing industry (29), followed by Maine (18), and Virginia (15).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-57), followed by Connecticut (-29), and Wisconsin (-17).
