According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the private paper manufacturing industry (60), followed by Maryland (45), and California (38).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-251), followed by Illinois (-243), and Ohio (-189).
