According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2023, Tennessee added the highest number of jobs to the private pulp, paper, and paperboard mills industry (29), followed by Louisiana (25), and Massachusetts (23).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-119), followed by Georgia (-109), and Maine (-60).
