According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private fabricated metal product manufacturing industry (508), followed by Oklahoma (282), and Louisiana (277).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-934), followed by Arizona (-857), and California (-503).
