According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Georgia added the highest number of jobs to the private motion picture and sound recording industries industry (3,226), followed by New Jersey (588), and Massachusetts (471).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-15,371), followed by New York (-4,376), and Utah (-1,887).
