According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.3% (sa) in November, 2007. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway-Hoonah-Angoon (18.6%), Kusilvak (18%), and Yukon-Koyukuk (14%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Juneau (4.5%), Anchorage (4.9%), and Bristol Bay (5%).
