According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 7% (sa) in October, 2012. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (20.3%), Yukon-Koyukuk (14.8%), and Skagway (14.6%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Anchorage (4.7%), Juneau (4.8%), and Sitka (4.9%).
