According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 6.9% (sa) in January, 2014. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Kusilvak (26.2%), Denali (24.7%), and Skagway (24.4%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Aleutians East (4.3%), Aleutians West (4.8%), and Anchorage (5.4%).
