According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Alaska was 4% (sa) in December, 2022. Among all Alaska counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Skagway (12.6%), Denali (12.3%), and Kusilvak (11.9%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Sitka (2.7%), Juneau (2.8%), and Anchorage (3%).
