According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Connecticut was 9.4% (sa) in February, 2011. Among all Connecticut counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Windham (10.9%), New Haven (10.7%), and Hartford (10%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Tolland (8.5%), Middlesex (8.6%), and Fairfield (9.2%).
