According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Florida was 8% (sa) in January, 2013. Among all Florida counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Putnam (12.7%), Citrus (11.5%), and Hendry (11.1%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Monroe (5.8%), Lafayette (6.1%), and St. Johns (6.6%).
