According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Florida was 6.4% (sa) in July, 2014. Among all Florida counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Hendry (14.7%), Highlands (10%), and Hardee (9.7%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Monroe (4.4%), St. Johns (5.2%), and Okaloosa (5.4%).
