According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Idaho was 5.6% (sa) in January, 2014. Among all Idaho counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Adams (15.9%), Shoshone (14.3%), and Lemhi (12.9%).
