According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Illinois was 10.7% (sa) in May, 2010. Among all Illinois counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Winnebago (13.7%), Pulaski (12.9%), and Boone (12.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): McLean (6.7%), Clinton (6.7%), and Monroe (6.8%).
