According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Michigan was 12.7% (sa) in April, 2010. Among all Michigan counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Montmorency (21.4%), Baraga (20.5%), and Oscoda (19.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Washtenaw (7.9%), Clinton (8.5%), and Isabella (9.7%).
