According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Michigan was 12.3% (sa) in July, 2010. Among all Michigan counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Baraga (19.5%), Oscoda (19%), and Montmorency (18.8%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Mackinac (6%), Cheboygan (8.7%), and Clinton (8.9%).
