According to data from the US BLS, the unemployment rate of Michigan was 8% (sa) in February, 2014. Among all Michigan counties, these 3 were among those with high unemployment rates (nsa): Mackinac (25.8%), Cheboygan (20.4%), and Presque Isle (19.3%).

On the hand, the following three counties were among those with low unemployment rates (nsa): Washtenaw (5.2%), Ottawa (5.6%), and Kent (5.7%).
